Yeah, It's Ok to Train Your Biceps & Triceps...

Hey gang,

I'm gonna make this short & sweet - no massive ad copy, no monster sales pitch.

By now, there's a good chance you know me, and know what kind of products I put out. In fact, there's a damn good chance that if you're reading this, it's because you've done some of workouts in the past, and gotten good results from them.

Well, I'm here to tell you that regardless of what all the other internet buttheads tell you, it's Ok to do some good old-fashioned biceps & triceps training.

You see, when you talk about doing arm workouts, you generally run into one of two types of people:

The "hardcore" crowd who is into all athletic-based training. It's all about performance, and if you're interested in arm training at all (unless it's gonna make your bench go up), you must be some sorta "namby-pamby pretty boy" who should question his own manhood.

-OR-

The "pumpers & shapers" crowd who spend all day doing 95 different variations of bicep curls, checking themselves out in the mirror, and couldn't lift, run, or work their way out of a wet paper sack. Simply put, these are generally the douche-bags in the gym clogging up the squat racks doing their 75 lbs. barbell curls.

Ugh, what a choice. Yeah...they both kinda suck. So I decided to do something about it.

And just in case you haven't seen my stuff before, or used any of my programs, here's a short list of people who give me the "thumbs up:

  • Joe Rogan - UFC Color Commentator, BJJ Brown Belt, multi-time TKD Champ
  • Billy Beck III - 2x Met-Rx World's Best Personal Trainer, "Personal Fitness Professional Magazine Trainer" of the Year
  • Dave "Scooter" Honig - celebrity trainer to actor/rapper LL Cool J
  • Alwyn Cosgrove - world renowned personal trainer, co-author "New Rules of Lifting"
  • Shawn Phillips - fitness model, author "Strength for Life", creator "Full Strength" performance nutrition
  • Kelly Baggett - sports performance specialist, vertical jump & speed training "guru"
  • Mike Mahler - world renowned kettlebell trainer
  • Charles Staley - world renowned trainer
  • Jules Bruchez - UFC Veteran, TUF 8 cast member
  • Bruno Carvalho - Top 10 European MMAist
  • Robert Junkins - LW Amateur National MMA Champ - Courage Fighting Championships
  • not to mention more "regular joes" than you can imagine (and those folks are the ones I'm the most proud of!)

Here's the deal - there's nothing wrong with wanting to put some meat on the old arms. Having "gunz" as some dudes put it. That's fine. It shouldn't be the long-term basis of your training, but there's nothing wrong with spending a few weeks on it.

After all, having a set of big arms does give you a good shot of self-confidence right? (And the girls tend to like it, too!)

So, here's what I did - I put together "Working Class 'Guns'".

"Working Class 'Guns'" is a program that allows you build a bigger & better set of biceps & triceps, while still maintaining all the other awesome physical traits you've busted your ass to create.

Here's the lowdown on "Working Class 'Guns'":

  • The workouts are based on some of the same principles as the "Working Class Cardio Workout", meaning that only dumbbells and a medicine ball are needed. All the workouts can be done in a gym, high school weight room, local park, or even in your own living room.
  • The workouts are also based on some of the principles used in "TCC" - meaning there is a lot of flexibility in how you design your workout schedule, and are shown how to do so.
  • The actual workouts themselves are all designed for you - exercises, sets, reps - everything.
  • While the arms are the focus of the program, there is specific training dedicated to power, conditioning, strength, & hypertrophy, so you will maintain all your other physical traits while you focus on your arms for a little while...in fact, you very well may increase them!
  • You learn why when it comes to the biceps & triceps, "bigger isn't always better".
  • There is a whole section on progression, why it's important, and how it fits in with periodization. You learn how most programs define your progression, and how these workouts use what I call "seat of your pants" style of progression.
  • Why a GPP warmup and a cooldown are good ideas, and how they can help your overall program (are you're given several examples).

Here's what you get with "Working Class 'Guns'":

  • the actual "Winning the Arms Race" workouts & workout notes
  • all preparation info before you get started
  • sample 4 & 6-week workout programs
  • printable workout logs
  • videos for every single exercise used in all the workouts
  • the report "Relative Comparability"...this one report just might change how you view your arm training as a whole (and it's not something you hear said much)
  • the free report on the "Daily Ritual"

Ok, enough talk - let's cut to the important part - how much is it gonna cost?

It's all yours: "Working Class 'Guns'" - with the workouts, printable workout logs, sample 4 & 6-week programs, exercise videos, "Relative Comparibility" report, and "Daily Ritual" report for just a single, one-time *introductory price* payment of just $9.95!!

Listen, I'm not gonna give you some sort of "rah-rah" speech on how this program will do everything from make you a better person to give you a better sex life. It's a pretty simple proposition really - I give you an uncomplicated, well though-out, well-designed set of workouts - not to mention a crap-ton of other goodies along with it - that will help you build a set of bigger & better biceps & triceps, while keeping you strong & powerful, in shape & conditioned, can be done damn near anywhere, and won't take all day to do...

...And it'll set you back less than the price of a new DVD. What's not to like?

This introductory price won't last that long though...maybe a week (if you're lucky)...so get your hands on it while it's still this cheap!
