Have You Ever Taken Something Good & Wanted to Just Make it BETTER?
(**WARNING** - May Not Be Suitable For Younger Viewers, Lazy People, Or Anybody Satisfied Being a Pansy-Ass)

Hey gang,

There is something that most 'gurus' in the fitness industry won't tell you...

There's no such thing as 'good enough'.

I don't care if you're talking about how strong you are, what kind of shape you're in, or the kind of results your workout provides - you can always do better. And that's what you should strive for - to always be better than you are.

I know that's how I am, how I live, and what I want to provide - better.

For quite a while, now (years, in fact), people literally all over the world have been using the original Working Class Cardio to kick ass and take names. They've used the intense style of circuit training Working Class Cardio provides to achieve some of the best gains they ever have in their life.

Several times each week, I get emails from satisfied customers who have used Working Class Cardio to:

  • decrease bodyfat to the lowest levels they've ever had
  • drop unwanted bodyweight
  • develop an athletic physique that looks great (both in the mirror and to the opposte sex)
  • get stronger and faster than ever
  • have better cardio than all their friends who spend crazy hours on the machines at the gym
  • be able to work out almost anywhere they want
  • energy levels that are through the roof

You get the idea. I don't have to tell you - chances are, if you're reading this, you've seen my workouts for quite a while already, and know all the benefits that hardcore circuit training can provide. And it's a very good chance you've used Working Class Cardio for yourself, and felt the effects of such a workout personally.

But It Still Wasn't
"Good Enough"

See, a lot of trainers like to put out a workout, and then just sit back and take it easy - they don't put in the effort to get better, be better, or provide better. That's a lot of the reason why the fitness industry is as jacked up as it is today.

Not me, though. As good as the original Working Class Cardio was, I knew it could be better.

Over the years, I've gotten a lot of questions about how to modify the program, adapt it to certain scenarios, ways to apply the workout, and more. Some folks might not have been able to complete the workout as it was written from the start. Others might have needed to alter how many days per week they could train. Others loved the workouts, but wanted to know how they could do them with friends.

Eventually, I knew I was gonna have to go back to the drawing board. When I did, I created:

Working Class Cardio 2

If you're reading this, then it's likely you already have an idea of who I am, have seen the workouts and articles I've published at MMA Weekly, T-nation, Bodybuilding.com, or various other places. Or maybe you've read one of my many blogs or conntected with me via strength & conditioning forums I moderate. You could very well have found me on Facebook. Or maybe you, like other people from legitimately all around the world, have done one of the many workout programs I've released.

And if you're reading this, then it's also a safe bet that you not only know about, but have done, the original Working Class Cardio workout. You've gotten to feel feel 'first-hand' what intense circuit training can do.

Well, when it comes to Working Class Cardio 2, you can expect more of the stuff you like, plus a little bit extra to make things even better. Of course, we're still gonna rely on and utilize intense circuit training for all the workouts. That's not going anywhere.

And every single workout will be able to be done virtually anywhere, as they'll only require a minimum of equipment - a pair of dumbbells, a medicine ball, and a little bit of space is all you need.

Stepping It Up a Notch

Well, if Working Class Cardio 2 is starting with all the good stuff from the original, let's take a look at some of the new stuff that's brought to the table:

  • Start Out With Some Tough Love - Sometimes, you just need a kick in the ass...and Wiggy is here to give it to you. I come at you head-on with some real truths that you should be applying in your own training, about if the questions you might be asking are good questions (and why aren't asking what you should be asking), and getting your head out of your ass. Having successful workouts is just as much mental as it is physical...and I give you a wake-up call. Don't expect this to be 'nice' - I'm not winning any diplomacy awards with this one.

  • 3 Workouts Per Week - In the original Working Class Cardio, workouts were done minimum 4x/week and many times 5. One of the most common questions I've received over the years was from folks who simply didn't have it in their schedule to train that many days each week. So, WCC 2 takes that into account and only has you doing 3 workouts per week. BUT, if you want to train 4-5x/week, that's totally cool - because I include an entire section on how to spread the workouts over multiple days (which is also awesome if you need more recovery time) or simply how to just add new workouts.

  • Sometimes, More Simple is More Better - One of the issues people have had in the past was following and understanding progression. I wanted the progression to be relatively easy to follow, so I actually simplified the program as a whole quite a bit. And just in case you don't follow the progression from Phase 1 to Phase 2 to Phase 3 in and of itself, I break it all down into simple language and spell it out, step-by-step.

Sometimes, You
Just Gotta Say
"FTW"

One of the things that chaps my ass about the fitness industry 'gurus' is that they don't really try to give their customers, trainees, and clients the best possible results they can. This is VERY evident in the world of group training, cardio classes, and bootcamps.

The creators of all these things usually just take the easy way out. They don't want people working hard. They don't do many types of training (you mean you can get STRONGER in group training bootcamps)? There is NO SEMBLANCE of progression whatsoever - it's just a bunch of people doing the same shit day-in, and day-out forever.

And don't even get me started on the 'fad' classes. Oh yeah - that dude built an 8-pack and that girl looks like a swimsuit model because they flip-flopped around a room doing some gooberific dance-inspired mumbo jumbo.

That crap SUCKS.

The whole thing makes me wanna round up all the fitness 'gurus' out there, flip them all the bird, and tell them 'FTW' (F@ck the World).

So that's exactly what I did.

WCC 2 - FTW

Working Class Cardio 2 - Formulating Training Weeks (aka: WCC 2 - FTW) takes WCC 2 and turns it into the best group training / bootcamp class on the market today. Period.

In it's stock format, WCC 2 isn't suitable for sustained group training. In fact, this was something we found out the hard way with the original WCC program. I had a number of personal trainers use it to base their own bootcamp cardio type classes on. However, these types of programs don't always lend themselves to that format:

  • long term progression causes problems (what do you do if you're in Week 7 and somebody new joins?)

  • people of differing abilities make application of sets & reps difficult (what if one person only takes 30 seconds to crank off a set of Burpees, but it takes another person 2 minutes?)

  • gauging the length of workouts (what if Week 3 - Day 1 takes 20 minutes, and Week 9 - Day 2 takes 75 minutes...but your classes are supposed to be an hour long?)

There are several such issues that make it tough using these types of programs in a group setting tough...if not impossible.

I Figured It All
Out For You

Well you don't have to worry about it, as I take care of every bit of that. I show you:

  • How Progression Should Be Altered (now it doesn't matter when somebody shows up to join - they can hop right in and get started...and the veterans of your program won't have to sacrifice results on having to do an 'easier' program - because you're gonna do 12-weeks worth of work in just 4 days!)

  • How to Use the Overall Template to Create Totally Custom Workouts (you could literally repeat this template for 3 years straight and NEVER do the same workout twice)

  • How to Use Any and All Pieces of Equipment You Might Have (hey, if DBs and medicine balls are all you have, awesome...but what if you wanted to use sandbags, tires, kegs, kettlebells, a TRX, and more? I show you exactly how)

  • How To - If You Want - Include Competition Into the Programs (this can be more fun for your clients as well as give them incentive to work even harder)

  • How to Run the Program With Anywhere From 3 to 5 Days Each Week

  • A GIANT List of Suitable Exercise Subtitutions (because nobody likes doing the same thing forever, right?)

WCC 2 - FTW is literally your 'bootcamp in a box'. All you have to do is go to the template, pick out the exercises you're going to do for that day (you can change them every single workout if you like) from the WCC 2 - FTW Approved Exercises list, and get to work.

It really is as simple as that.

The '4-Week FTW Blast'

I know what some of you might be saying...

"Wiggy, that all sounds BADASS! I wanna do the shorter progression cycles and use other equipment and design custom workouts and all the other stuff WCC 2 - FTW does...but I don't train a group. I just work out by myself. Can I still use this?"

Don't worry - I've got you covered, too. See, while I created WCC 2 - FTW as the group training version of the main WCC 2 program, I also created a Bonus Program - The '4-Week FTW Blast'.

Here, you'll have the best possible combination of how to do the main WCC 2 program, with all the cool elements of WCC 2 - FTW thrown in. It's like getting the best of both worlds.

(Oh, and in case you're wondering, the '4-Week FTW Blast' is like WCC 2 - FTW in that you could literally repeat it for YEARS and never do the same workout twice. How cool is that?)

Listen, I've done enough talking, so it's about time for me to can it for a while. You know the badassery that comes with doing a Working Class Cardio type of circuit training program, and I've told you how everything I've done to make WCC 2 and WCC 2 - FTW the best possible cardio workouts you can get your hands on.

And c'mon...you and I both know they're cheap as hell - especially compared to what else is on the market.

So now it's time for you to decide - do you really want to get results and make shit happen for yourself? For your clients? Because if you are, then WCC 2 gives you ALL the tools you need to succeed.

All you have to do is add effort.
