Just Like That Girl w/the 3 Bears…

One of the biggest questions guys have when they’re looking at new muscle building programs is just how much work they should be doing?

On one hand, you’ve got the HIT guys, who – if they had their way, you’d do exactly 17.3 seconds of exercise every 29 days – want you to do as little exercise as possible.

On the other hand, you’ve got a lot of the bodybuilding crowd, who – if they had their way, you’d do at least 7 different exercises, 9 sets each…just for biceps – want you to do way more work than you need…or will ever recover from.

So, in the end, what do you really need?

Just like ole’ Goldilocks, you need something that’s “just right”.

See, to build muscle, you gotta a right combination of three things:

-lifting heavy
-enough volume
-workout density

That’s where workouts like Body Armor come in. Go too far in any one extreme, and you jack up the whole combination. Too heavy means you can’t do enough volume. Too much density means you can’t lift heavy enough. Too much volume means no recovery.

What you need to build size is a program that lets you:

-lift heavy enough to get stronger & more powerful…no p*ssy weights used

-stimulate enough muscle so that the ‘growing’ process is triggered…but not so much that you blast your CNS or get injured

-train in a fashion that your workouts don’t take all damn day (I don’t care who used to do what kinda marathon workouts – for a whole ton of reasons, you’re best off getting in, getting done, and getting out)

Yeah, I know. It all seems pretty simple, huh? You’d be surprised how easy it is to screw it up, though.

(If it wasn’t, then every dude would walk around looking like an adonis…and that just don’t happen…does it?)

You could always pretty much guarantee success…and just pick up a copy of “Body Armor”….

…just sayin’. ;-)
