What You Could You Do *If*…
Written by Wiggy on June 23, 2010 – 2:57 pm -Most strength & conditioning programs take a simple approach to things.
Many will use a different approach, but the goal is usually the same – increase your max strength, max speed, max cardio, etc. It’s all about pushing the “limits” (so-to-speak).
Now, don’t get me wrong, that’s not bad at all. But sometimes, I like using a different approach. Instead of focusing on just how much you can lift, how about focusing on how much you can lift in different ways?
Example – load some weight onto a bar…say your bodyweight. Now, if you have any normal amounts of strength, you’ll be able to bench that weight. Squat it. And probably deadlift it.
But could you:
-press it overhead?
-clean it from the floor to your shoulders?
-do rows with it?
-curl it (even if you had to cheat a little)?
-pick it up and carry it around (given the space, of course)?
Basically, if you had that bar loaded up to your bodyweight, could you at any time, pick that bar up and do pretty much whatever you wanted to with it?
But that’s not all:
-THEN, not only could you whatever you wanted to with it, but could you do it a bunch of times? (Say 40x in 20 mins?)
-THEN, could you do something similar with your own bodyweight (do any kinda bodyweight exercise you wanted…not just basic pushups, situps, & squats)?
-THEN, how about an “odd” object…say doing the whole barbell thing…only with a sandbag that weighed as much as you do?
See where & how that could really be beneficial? It’d give you a whole new set of capabilities.
(Not to mention making you a real workhorse.)
Well, that’s exactly what Program #6 in “Working Class Fitness – The Programs” was designed to help you do.
Basically, after Program #6, you should be able to just “dominate your bodyweight”…in a totally new manner that most people just don’t think of. And then when you can dominate your bodyweight, go back and add more weight…and you get even better.

What Am I Doing Next?
Written by Wiggy on June 16, 2010 – 4:29 pm -Well, luckily, it looks like I’ve been able to calm a bunch of folks down.
See, the other day, I told y’all that I was taking “Working Class Fitness – The Programs” off the market for good. You know, as it not selling it again…ever.
Well, surprising to me, that actually sent a bunch of peeps into a frenzy. A bunch of y’all went out and got your hot little hands on your copy of “WCF – The Programs” while you still could. (Which, by the way, I’d *highly* recommend doing if you don’t have a copy, yet.)
But, aside from that, I couldn’t believe how many people flooded my email in-box! Evidently, a bunch of y’all thought I was getting out of the training business, or I was shutting my websites down, or something like that.
Pffftt…as if.
So, I put it out there yesterday that I was just changing focus some, and redirecting my efforts in my business. I ain’t going anywhere…just changing some of what I’m doing.
Well, now everybody wants to know what I’m up to…
Jeez…you people are never satisfied, huh?
I’ve got some pretty bitchin’ stuff in the works, truth be told. And I can’t let y’all in on everything yet (trust me, it’ll be worth the wait), but I can give you a teaser into the first thing I’m rockin’ on.
Y’all know about my “Championship Edition” MMA Workout, right? You know – the one that was originally designed for a former UFC Champ? The same one that a current European Top 10 MW just spent a number of weeks using?
Well, I’m about to drop the “Championship Edition 2.0″.
It’s undergone a few revisions, plus a *ton* of cool additions that will answer a bunch of questions, not to mention making the program overall easier to use.

“…A Great Personal Challenge”
Written by Wiggy on June 15, 2010 – 4:16 pm -Just got an email from Aaron R., who is doing Joel Marion’s ‘Xtreme Fat Loss Diet’ Plan. As it turns out, his wife and he are both doing it.
“”We’re doing it more as a challenge than anything…So far so good. It’s like anything else when it comes to health and fitness. Stay focused, disciplined and follow-thru. I’ll let you know how it goes but I’d advise it to anyone so far. It’s a great personal challenge and staying committed and completing anything hard is always good – especially when you’re 40.”
If any of y’all remember my little review, I said that this fat loss diet would be pretty damn tough to stick to – so MAJOR congrats to Aaron & his wife!

*I’M* Not Going ANYWHERE…
Written by Wiggy on June 15, 2010 – 3:50 pm -Whoa – I wasn’t expecting that kinda reaction.
Yesterday, I posted to tell y’all and about how I was soon pulling “Working Class Fitness – The Programs” off the market…for good. And that if you wanted to get your paws on a copy, that you’d better get to it, and quick.
Why?![]()
Well, b/c “WCF – The Programs” is a set of SIX different killer workout programs, and each one allows you to focus on something different, while still putting everything else on a sort of “maintenance mode”. That way, if you wanted to:
-put on muscular size
-get stronger & more powerful
-improve your footwork & agility
-do bodyweight only training
-become more athletic overall
-get outside & train w/”odd objects”
…and a ton more, there’d be a *specific* program that would accomplish any one of those things…while still keeping the rest of all your S&C qualities right where they were – or maybe even increasing them.
(B/c what good does it do to get better at one thing, if you end up getting worse at everything else?)
But I guess I wasn’t real clear though…just b/c I’m pulling “WCF – The Programs” off the market, don’t think that I’m going anywhere…b/c I’m here to stay!
(Hell…did y’all really think you could get rid of me? Trust me, I’m gonna be kickin’ your asses with monster workouts for a LONG time to come…believe dat.
Really, it’s just a simple re-adjustment. I’m adjusting focus a little, am about to release an updated version of one of my products, and got some bitchin’ new stuff in the pipeline coming pretty soon.
So, don’t think I’m going out of business, closing my sites down, or anything like that. It’s just business stuff – that’s all.
BUT…as a part of that business stuff, “WCF – The Programs” is being shelved. So if you wanna get almost a YEAR’S worth of training, then you gotta do it pretty quick.
Before it’s gone forever.

Going & *Never* to Return
Written by Wiggy on June 14, 2010 – 10:54 am -You know what they say – “All good things must come to an end.” Well, that’s true.
For years now, people all over the world have been using my “Working Class Fitness – The Programs” to increase all areas of their strength, conditioning, & fitness training.
Some workouts are very good, all-around programs, but to truly excel, you have to focus on certain aspects of your training. If you’re smart, you do what you need to do to keep everything else in “maintenance mode”, while you target those holes in your game to really complete your training.
That’s why “WCF – The Programs” was so great, b/c w/SIX completely different 8-week programs, you could target almost anything you wanted:
-overall athleticism and conditioning
-improved footwork
-maximal strength
-strength & power-endurance
-bodyweight only training
-adding size & muscular bodyweight
-”odd object” training & conditioning
Plus a lot more. Each specific program had certain areas it focused on, while still being designed to fully maintain (and who knows…maybe improve a little) all the other aspects of your S&C training.
But, as my business grows, goals shift, and things change. So as a result, “WCF – The Programs” will soon be taken off the market, never to be available or sold again.
I’m gonna level w/ya – “WCF – The Programs” is the best deal you’re gonna find on this kind of quality workouts anywhere on the internet. You had better believe it.
(Hell, is there anywhere else you can get almost an entire year’s worth of training the half the price most single workout DVDs would cost?)
